Characteristics:
(1) inch, semi-automatic and manual injection mode.
(2) Realize feeding mould and ejecting lower mould in one semi-automatic cycle.
(3) 3 step injection functions: slow injection, fast injection and supercharging.
(4) high pressure system offer force for clamping mould, opening mould, feeding mould, withdrawing mould, blanking gate, ejecting lower mould etc.
(5) medium pressure system offer force for slow injection, ejecting surplus, filling oil to accumulator etc.
(6) accumulator offer force for fast injection and supercharging etc.
Applications:
B400 vertical rotor die casting machine is suitable for rotators with diameter Φ65mm-Φ100mm; B1000 for less or equal to Φ200mm;
B2000 for Φ150mm-Φ300mm (recommend Φ150mm-Φ285mm);
B3150 forΦ160mm-Φ375mm (recommend Φ225mm-Φ375mm);
B5000 for Φ375mm-Φ500mm.
