Aluminum Reverberatory Melting Furnace & Holding Furnace

Aluminum Melting Reverberatory Furnace is a classic and widely used thermal equipment specifically designed for melting aluminum ingots, aluminum scrap, and various aluminum alloys.

The flame generated by the burner does not directly contact the aluminum charge. Instead, it transfers heat to the aluminum charge through radiation and reflection from the furnace roof and side walls,avoids local overheating of the aluminum liquid, minimizes aluminum oxidation burn-off, and ensures the purity and uniform quality of the molten aluminum.

Furnace Type

The furnace door has a large design range(2.5 m to 6.5 m), which can meet the requirements of different users.

Low energy consumption, gas consumption can be low to 52 m³/ tonaluminum (calculated according to natural gas).

If using regenerative combustion system, exhaust temperature is low to about 250℃, so as to reduce the heat taken away from the furnace and reduce energy consumption.

Temperature control methods: thermocouple non-continuous temperature measurement, automatic adjustment of firepower.

Automatically adjust the tilting angle of the furnace according to the liquid level in the launder to obtain a stable flow rate

The molten aluminum can be poured clean at one timeand it is easy to change alloy.

More safe. In the event of an emergency, the furnace can automatically return to uprightand the discharge of molten aluminum stops.
