For copper and aluminum busbars, we offer two complementary technologies. Our Continuous Busbar Plating Line adopts a train-like linear configuration, ideal for long, straight, rigid profiles. It processes multiple narrow busbars in parallel, ensuring smooth surfaces, compact coating layers, and exceptional thickness uniformity at high production speeds with minimal chemical consumption and over 95% exhaust gas collection. For short, curved, or geometrically complex busbars requiring up to three coating layers or thick deposits in a single operation, our Gantry-Type Plating Line provides maximum flexibility with programmable crane transport and compact footprint. For wire applications, our Continuous Wire Plating Lines support copper, steel, and aluminum substrates with tin, nickel, silver, copper, or zinc coatings—including copper-clad steel (CCS), copper-clad aluminum (CCA), and galvanizing. Copper wire lines achieve speeds up to 900 m/min, while multi-strand processing and closed-loop solution management ensure consistent thickness and low operating costs.
