Copper Continuous Extrusion Machine

Our copper continuous extrusion technology is designed for the high-efficiency production of flat wire, round wire, busbar, strip base, and various solid copper profiles. The process utilizes a rotating extrusion wheel that draws copper feedstock into a precision chamber, where friction generates the temperature and pressure necessary for solid-state forming through a die—eliminating the need for billet preheating. With models ranging from TL1250 to TL1630, the platform accommodates feedstock diameters from 8mm to 30mm, delivering output capacities from 160 kg/h to 2,800 kg/h. Product cross-sections span from 2.5mm² to 6,400mm², supporting applications in power transmission, transformer manufacturing, and electrical component fabrication. The system’s continuous operation, high material utilization, and energy efficiency make it a preferred solution for copper profile producers worldwide
