Enameling Line

Enameling line produces enameling wires with a continuous, uniform insulating layer by repeatedly applying and baking insulating varnish onto copper or aluminum wire.

The Process Flow of machinery:

Pay-off → annealing → painting → baking → cooling → take-up

The USE of enameling wire

The wire exhibits high voltage  and thermal resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and good flexibility, enabling it to meet the requirements of high-speed winding and tight coil formation. It can be widely used in various applications, including electric motors, generators, transformers, relays, electromagnets, automotive electrical components, household appliances, electronic components, and drive motors for new energy vehicles.

Two Major type: Horizontal and Vertical.

High-speed horizontal enameling line and vertical enameling line are two mainstream types of equipment used in electrical engineering for producing enameled wires. They exhibit significant differences in structure, performance, application scenarios, and other aspects.

Horizontal vs. Vertical

  • Horizontal Enameling Machine: Layouted horizontally, the machine is long and narrow, requiring a large area, suitable for large workshops with ample space.

  • Vertical Enameling Machine: Utilizes a vertical stacking structure, requiring less space, and is more suitable for production environments with limited space.

  • Horizontal: Multiple paint coats (10–24 coats), suitable for composite coating production; Some equipment supports automatic loading and unloading, and robot integration.

  • Vertical: More precise temperature control (±2℃), 50% improvement in hot air circulation uniformity; Equipped with intelligent fault diagnosis (accuracy 95%+), lubrication fluctuation ≤1%.

  • Horizontal: Mainly used for round wire (copper/aluminum wire), with a wire diameter range of 0.05–2.5mm; Suitable for traditional electrical industries such as transformers and motors.

  • Vertical: Divided into round wire type and flat wire type; The flat wire type is specifically used for new energy vehicle drive motors, compatible with flat copper wire and flat aluminum wire.
