This hydraulic drawing & straightening bench is designed for post-extrusion processing of copper busbars. The machine performs cold drawing to refine cross-sectional geometry, followed by precision straightening and automatic cutting to specified lengths. The process induces work hardening, improving mechanical properties such as hardness and elastic limit without compromising electrical conductivity. Integrated cooling and lubrication systems ensure tool longevity and consistent surface quality. Models range from 500KN to 1200KN drawing force, with straightening capacities up to 180 tons and speeds reaching 14m/min under low-pressure conditions.
