This specialized machine performs chamfering on busbars within thickness ranges of 4–16mm, width ranges of 30–200mm, and length ranges of 150–6000mm. It features a six-position in-line milling cutter station that allows automatic tool changes based on busbar width. The machine includes non-resettable cumulative work hour counting and resettable production counting for easy workflow management. A two-axis CNC system offers simple operation and easy maintenance.

This multi-functional machine performs shearing, punching (round, elongated, and square holes), chamfering, flat bending, vertical bending, U-bending, embossing, flattening, cable lug crimping, and twisting. The shearing station uses a dual-column structure for clean, burr-free cuts. The punching station features a ductile cast iron multi-position turret for improved concentricity and longer die life. Bending angles are CNC-controlled via PLC and displacement sensor, featuring memory and error compensation. The dual-table bending workstation enables true simultaneous three-station operation.
