Our Copper CTC (Continuous Transposed Conductor) Production Line is purpose-built for manufacturing high-performance continuous transposed conductors used in high-capacity transformer windings. The line integrates a stranding cage, transposing device, wrapping head, caterpillar tractor, gantry take-up, and electrical control system into a continuous, automated process. It processes flat wires with 8 to 96 strands, handling single wire thicknesses from 1.1 to 3.15mm and widths from 3 to 12.5mm. The finished conductor achieves maximum dimensions of 75mm in height and 26mm in width, ensuring precise geometry and reliable electrical performance for demanding power transformer applications.
High-accuracy stranding and controlled transposition ensure uniform conductor geometry and optimal electrical characteristics.
Integrated caterpillar tractor maintains consistent tension throughout the line, preventing deformation and ensuring insulation integrity.
Supports finished conductor heights up to 75mm and widths up to 26mm, accommodating a wide range of transformer designs.
