Rotary Aluminum Melting Furnace (also known as tilting rotary furnace) is the main furnace type for secondary aluminum smelting and aluminum dross recovery. It achieves efficient melting, aluminum-slag separation and automatic slag discharge mainly through furnace body rotation and tilting, and is especially suitable for processing contaminated scrap aluminum, aluminum chips and aluminum dross.
Energy saving: Saves 25% energy compared with traditional reverberatory furnaces and has lower melting loss.
High efficiency and output: Single furnace capacity is 2–20 tons, with a daily output of up to 90 tons, suitable for large-scale production.
Strong adaptability: Processes various dirty and mixed waste materials such as aluminum chips, briquettes, aluminum foil, aluminum dross and cold slag.
