We supplied different type of paperboard spacer machines for transformer insatlation parts:
-paperboard spacer chamfering machine,
-paperboard spacer processing machine,
-paperboard keystrip shaping machine,
It is used to cut, groove and chamfer the insulating pressboard products into straight, dove-tail or swallow-tail slots automatically at the two ends of the spacers from long strip materials, which are used for insulation of the transformers. The spacers processed are smooth and no dust on their end surface processed. And the spacers may be thick.
Paperboard batten chamfering machine is used to chamfer/round batten (strip) (cardboard) and make both sides of batten (strip) to be arc. Mostly the finished product is used for processing block (spacer) with straight or swallow-tail slots for transformer’s insulators.
The paperboard batten shaping machine is used to slit the paperboard into several strips or process the batten or key strip into “T”, trapeze and rectangular contour or profile etc. Generally this processed key strip is coupled with the spacer (which are processed by our block processing machine) and they are used for the insulations of transformer coil.
