It is used to twist multiple insulated wire cores (or stranded conductors, shielded cores) into an integral cable core according to preset twisting direction, pitch, and arrangement methods (such as round, fan-shaped, or irregular arrangements). It also completes auxiliary processes such as filling and wrapping (with non-woven fabric, mica tape, armor, etc.), ultimately forming cable semi-finished or finished products.
It is widely applied in the production of power cables, control cables, data cables, rubber cables and other multi-core cables, with stable structure, uniform stranding pitch and high production efficiency.
