The paperboard beveling machine is used to mill the bevel/slope on a laminated paperboard, the adhesive is painted on the bevel for making an insulating paper cylinder.
Paperboard cylinder rolling machine is used to make insulation board into a cylinder or arc shape via the roller driving the paper board moving up and down repeatedly. After the paperboard are rolled into a cylinder shape, and then paint the adhesive on the bevel for making an insulating paper cylinder.
Paperboard cylinder cohesion machine is used to make insulating paper cylinders for transformers via hot sticking. After the paperboard are beveled and rolled into a cylinder shape, and then paint the adhesive on the bevel, and then put this cylinder on the cohesion machine, heat it and keep pressure for some time, and then the insulating paper cylinder is finished.
Paperboard cylinder sawing machine is used to slit insulating paper cylinders into several different length cylinders with same diameter. It is much convenient for small paper cylinder’s making which are not easy to make due to small length.
