This equipment is the automatic CNC winding machine for the large and medium-sized motor’s runway-type coil or fusiform coil’s winding.
Starting the machine after input coil forming parameter to HMI, the equipment will automatically control the nose clamp, the straight part clamp. the forming arm and the forming position of the bevel edge to complete the forming process.
Auto centering: The equipment has auto distance and centering features to make sure the coils meet the design requirements.
CNC servo motor easily solves the coil’s rebound problem by controlling the coil span and coil angle through an HMI touch screen.
Fusiform total length range: 320~2000mm. (320-2500)
Coil linear side: 200~1300mm. (200-1800mm) Projection length at ends after forming: 50~350mm;
Max. included angle between two linear sides: 0~70˚ respectively adjustable for front and rear angles, total angle 0~150˚;
Total width of coil opening (pitch): 80~700mm.
Coil section (width×height): 5~25mm×10~50mm, 2 chucks each at front and rear;
Coil nose pin diameter: φ12, φ15, φ20, φ30, φ40 five kinds, R of the coil straight line and the bevel edge is 25mm;
Coil nose part slanting: 0~35˚;
Peaking nose part height: -20~350mm;
Top arc height: 0~250mm
Shaping precision: angle <±0.2˚. Opening on the Forming Machine <±0.25mm~±0.75mm;
