Seperator system

It is used to separate mixed aluminum scrap (containing impurities such as iron, plastic, rubber, copper, and zinc) through physical method, ultimately producing high-purity aluminum granules suitable for remelting and casting into high-quality aluminum ingots.

Essential sorting line system normally have below seperators for waste removal:

Vibrating sperator– Uniform feeding for future sorting

Air seperator– for dust and light waste removal

Magentic Seperator– for Iron waste removal

Eddy-current seperator– non ferrous metal sorting

X-ray seperator– Alloy sorting
