About Aluminum Profile
– Produced mainly from molten aluminum
The molten aluminum is cast into billets using a Billet Casting System, which produces cylindrical logs ready for homogenization and extrusion.
Meanwhile the molten aluminum could be processed directly into aluminum rod by CCR line.
The production of aluminum profile follows a well-established processing sequence. Molten aluminum—whether from scrap or ingot—is cast into billets via a Billet Casting System. The cast billets are then processed through a Homogenizing Furnace to eliminate internal stresses and ensure uniform chemical composition and microstructure. After homogenization, the billets are pre-heated to the optimal extrusion temperature in a Pre-heating & Horizontal Extrusion line, where they are pressed through a die to form the desired profile shape.
Aluminum profiles serve critical roles across multiple industries:
– Architectural Applications: Windows, doors, curtain walls, and building facades—offering lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic design flexibility
– Automotive Applications: Structural components, bumpers, heat exchangers, and decorative trims—contributing to vehicle lightweighting and fuel efficiency
– Industrial Applications: Conveyor systems, machine frames, workstations, and equipment structures requiring precision dimensions and structural integrity
– Electrical & Electronics: Heat sinks, enclosures, and busbar housings—leveraging aluminum’s excellent thermal and electrical conductivity
– Transportation: Rail car bodies, aircraft components, and marine applications—where strength-to-weight ratio is critical
– Consumer Goods: Furniture, sporting goods, and household appliances—combining durability with modern aesthetics
Through these integrated processing routes, aluminum profile provides a versatile, high-performance material solution for the construction, automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors, delivering lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant products that meet the demands of modern manufacturing and design.
